Toggery by Kate D'Arcy

One of the main reasons that Pennridge Wellness Center is such a wonderful place to be a part of, is YOU, our wonderful patients. The energy that each one of you brings to the office ties together to create an incredibly positive, healing environment. We consider you part of our chiropractic family. Whether we are hyped about the 21 day cleanse, our new mascot "Maddie," or the amazing results we are getting with Dr. Leah's latest KST technique, you always engage with us and share in our excitement. Thank you! Please take a moment to indulge in one of our favorite eco-conscious fashion finds. Toggery by Kate D'Arcy offers a collection of pieces boasting not only beautiful colors but classic, easy to wear styles that transition from casual to dressy and from season to season. We especially love Toggery because each piece is made from environmentally conscious fabrics and produced here in Pennsylvania. You can access the links to Toggery's main site as well as it's new Lux Green Living site on the right hand side of our blog. Enjoy!

October~Spinal Health Month

In recognition of October's National Spinal Health Month, I invite you all to consider the factors that impact our spinal health and overall quality of life. Remember, the most critical component to our health is our central nervous system. It originates in the brain, channels down through our spinal column, and extends to each and every part of our body. Our spines were designed to protect this delicate, intricate connection of nerves. Misalignments of the spinal bones can irritate the nervous system, thus dampening the nervous impulses travelling from the brain out to the various parts of our bodies. Thankfully, we have control over our choices, habits, and lifestyles which can have a tremedous impact on our spinal health. Take a moment to evaluate the following areas:

1. Nutrition & Supplementation

2. Exercise

3. Adequate Rest

4. Stress Management

5. Sleeping/Postural Habits

6. Regular spinal checks by your chiropractor!!

Are you making healthy choices? Each one of us at PWC is here to help you achieve optimal health and wellness. Please call on us for advice and support to improve the quality of your life. We only get one spine, one body, one life; you have the power to take yours to the next level. As always, please let us know how we can better serve your families.

Yours In Health,
Pennridge Wellness Center
